Follow the instructions below for each measurement. You'll need a measuring tape and an extra pair of hands to help you out.
Locate the ends of both of your acromion bones, which are located at the very tips of your shoulders, toward the back of your shoulders. Have a friend measure across your back from the tip of one acromion bone to the other.
Locate your clavicle notch. This is the notch at the base of your neck that forms the “V” between your clavicles. Measure from this point downwards and end at the point you would like the jacket to end at. Compare this measurement to a jacket you already own to establish the correct length for you.
Take the measuring tape and run it under your armpits and around the widest section of your bust.
Take the measuring tape and run it around you back at your natural waist, right below your rib cage.
Run the measuring tape from the tip of your shoulder down towards the wrist, Compare this measurement to a jacket you already own to establish the correct length for you.
Measure around your upper arm at its widest point.
Measure all the way around your hip at its widest point.
